No, we do not allow frames to be taken home for approval. Having said that, you are more than welcome to visit our store and take photos of yourself wearing your selected choices for future reference. We are also happy to take the photos for you and send them to you via txt or email.

We are dispensing opticians and do not do eye exams ourselves. if you do need an eye test we have a consulting optometrist in store on one day a week. You can check available appointment times by clicking here. if that does not suit, we are happy to help you find another good optometrist.

Yes. if you have had an accident and want to make a claim with your insurance, we can provide you with a quotation for a "like-for-like replacement" of your lost or broken glasses. Some insurances have their "preferred suppliers". These are usually companies that give the insurances the biggest discount. You are not obliged to use those suppliers. You have the right to use "your" preferred supplier.

We have had numerous enquiries on how the Covid19 traffic light system will impact our ability to welcome you to our practice. The simple answer is that both of us, and our consulting optometrist, are fully vaccinated. Not because we have to, but because we believe in the benefit of the vaccine. We feel obliged to protect you and us as much as we can in the current circumstances. Therefore we can confirm that we will continue to be here for all of you, whether you are vaccinated or not. We WILL NOT ask for you vaccination status! However, we WILL ask that you wear a mask when you enter our practice and to follow other guidelines as outlined in the new Covid19 traffic light system.
